One of the major benefits of therapeutic massage is its ability to aid in the recovery from soft tissue injuries like everyday sprains and strains, or even motor vehicle accidents which can traumatize the muscles of the body causing pain and loss of work. Therapeutic massage can reduce the discomfort resulting from these types of injuries and can speed up recovery time.
The effects of a good massage go much deeper than the skin's surface.
