Why Use Muscle Testing?

  • It is another valuable tool in the doctor’s toolbox.
  • Muscle testing will provide information that no other assessment tool can provide.
  • It is quick, easy, accurate, non-embarrassing, and low cost.

History of Muscle Testing

  • Contact Reflex Analysis
  • Applied Kinesiology
  • Neuro-emotional Technique
  • Nutritional Reflex Technique
  • etc.

All are based on the knowledge that our bodies are energetic. Centuries ago the Chinese mapped this energy flow, and called them meridians. Reflex points along these meridians correspond to organs, glands, or systems in the human body.

The Body's Energy Field

We all have an energy field around us. Some people call it an "aura." This energy flows in a specific direction (down the front and up the back). So these electrons follow a specific path when everything is working properly.

Reflex Points & Diagnosing

However, when there is a sick or injured body part, this flow of energy is disrupted. Using muscle testing, we can find the reflexes that have imbalanced energy flow.

This is what it looks like.

The Muscle Testing Technique:

  • The patient holds up an arm.
  • The doctor quickly pushes down on that arm at the wrist area, while contacting one of the reflex points.
  • When the patient’s arm weakens, that indicates an "active" reflex point.
  • Find all the active reflexes
  • Make an assessment
  • Treat what you find.

This Is How It Works

  • When the doctor’s hand touches an "active" reflex point, the patient’s test arm goes down. It is almost like a circuit breaker switching off.
  • The doctor will make note of all of the "active" reflex points and make an assessment based on that information.

Now Let's Put This All Together

  • Gather the information
  • Make the assessment
  • Treat the patient with nutrition and homeopathy
  • Use chiropractic and therapeutic massage as needed
